Matcha and Microgreen Wellness Drink

### Ingredients:

– 1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
– 1 cup water
– 1/2 cup fresh microgreens (e.g., wheatgrass, kale, or spinach microgreens)
– 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
– 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– Ice cubes (optional)

### Directions:

1. Start by heating the water until just before boiling. Pour a small amount into a bowl with the matcha powder. Using a whisk, blend until you have a smooth paste.

2. Add the rest of the water to the matcha paste and whisk until combined.

3. In a blender, combine the matcha water, microgreens, honey or agave syrup, grated ginger, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

4. If you prefer a cold drink, add ice cubes and blend once more.

5. Pour into a glass, garnish with a few microgreens on top if desired, and enjoy!
